I have long wondered why people always feel the need to trash those who want only to make the world a better place and you put it so perfectly! And Melissa is a perfect example, from what I've seen of her over the years she is nothing but a kind person who has survived cancer and only wants to persuade the world to understand that only we can bring peace to each other through choosing love over fear. She is a truly beautiful person, as are the others you mention, and I for one admire and thank them for doing what most of us don't have the guts to do - speak out and stand up for what they believe in.
